- Warm water
- White vinegar ( with antifungal properties )
- Baking soda ( natural exfoliant )
- Nail brush with soft bristles
- Pumice stone or nail file
- Moisturizing lotion or oil

- Prepare a foot bath
- Fill a bowl with warm water and add half a cup of white vinegar .
- Soak your feet for 20 minutes to soften the nails and eliminate bacteria.
- Brush gently
Use a soft nail brush to remove impurities and smooth the nail surface
- Apply a baking soda paste
- Mix baking powder with a few drops of water until a paste forms.
- Apply to nails and leave on for 10 minutes .
- Rinse and file your nails
- Dry your feet thoroughly after rinsing.
- Use a nail file or pumice stone to reduce the thickness without pressing too hard to avoid weakening the nail.
- Moisturizing treatment to strengthen nails
Apply a nourishing oil ( coconut oil, sweet almond oil ) or a moisturizing cream to protect and strengthen the nail.
